Pregnancy - Being Sick

Being sick in general is never fun, but add pregnancy into the mix and it becomes escalated to a whole other level. The stuffy nose, cough, fever and body aches are no fun.

I am finally getting over this cold and couldn't be happier, especially for the fact that I can breathe out of both nostrils! The past week was rough because this is my first cold of the season and first time getting sick while pregnancy, if you are anything like me you are probably researching every possible solution to help get you through this rough patch. I can't even tell you how much reading I did, or how many times I called my doctor to make sure my baby was safe.

There's a few things I learned this week, and now I know what to do next time (hopefully there's not a next time) this happens.

December Goals

December is already here, can you believe it? I can't.

This month is my absolute favorite for many reasons, but to sum it up.... CHRISTMAS. Everything about Christmas excites me, and fills me with joy! There is so much I want/need to do this month both fun and serious, and I have to stay focused to get it all done!

My goals for the month of December:

Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving is over and now we can finally start putting up Christmas decorations and singing holiday music (even though I've been doing that for weeks now). I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend, I know I did! Every year I usually spend Thanksgiving at home with my sister and mother, but this year I decided to change things up and take a road trip with Jonathan. We adventured through downtown Phoenix, Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Big Surprise!!

Big News..... I'm PREGNANT!!

Can you believe it!? I can barely believe it myself. I am 18 weeks pregnant this week and almost to my half way mark. The past few weeks have just flown by, and we are finally announcing it to everyone!
